I am committed to make HEM SINGH PUBLIC INTER COLLEGE an ideal ground to nurture

children of different abilities with special emphasis being laid to the development of

moral character, self esteem and leadership potential, critical analytical and

independent thinking, well rounded, balanced and healthy living, appreciation for
